older uh entrepreneurs how do they leverage their own experience to to build a successful business well what they need to do is is is have support around them so um they have the experience and the knowledge uh the maturity a lot a lot of a lot of the factors that are needed for a su successful business um and you know maybe they have some of these other challenges we’ve talked about but um they can um mitigate that by just bringing in people with the opposite strengths that that they have so bring in bring in some younger folks who are looking for an opportunity uh who want to learn need to pick up the experience um and and leverage them so you you you you you marry their Tech skills their speed um their energy with all of your knowledge and expertise and competency and and and it’s a big win-win because now that younger support person is picking up a lot of Knowledge from you and learning and growing and they’re helping you build build a business so it doesn’t always have to be a young person either it can be um other middle-aged people that come in as support usually I know diversity May not be uh uh as as politically correct as it was three months ago but uh but usually a nice diverse Workforce uh really does provide a lot of benefits there everybody can leverage off each other
